MA Towing

Insurance contracted this company to tow a vehicle. Driver arrived combative, loud and threatening from the beginning. Had to file a police report for disorderly conduct and aggressive behavior, exceedingly unprofessional. Driver also used completely inappropriate language and racial slurs towards me, which my toddler heard, scared multiple neighbors, my wife and my toddler. All captured on mine and neighbors home security cameras. Shame on who was dispatched yesterday, should honestly be fired, go get the mental health help you need. Asked for my car key back and the driver chucked it at my car after initially withholding it. Do not use this company until their drivers learn to behave like professionals, and learn to not use racial slurs. I expect the owner to apologize for his employees

Thankful for MA Towing! Alonzo was great helping my daughter when she broke down. Service was prompt. Alonzo was helpful, and most importantly- He handled my car with care! This company is now saved in my phone just in case I may need a tow. Much appreciated!
