I am very satisfied with the experience here. The person helping me, Rafael patiently communicated on the best options I have for the available tires and then matched to what I was looking for. As a complimentary service, he even got rid of the scratches near the near the front right side of tires(attaching before and after) pics. Also, the person who checked out was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you!

I woke up Saturday morning with a flat tire. My husband and I put on the spare and drove to Mavis. We had a lot of time sensitive plans that day and needed the tire repaired or replaced in under an hour as a WALK IN to avoid canceling on family plans. Kumar said they had a bit of a wait but then made it work anyway. He provided excellent customer service that guaranteed me being a future customer. Thank you!!!!

I had a nail in my tire and stopped in to have it patched. Kumar and Nick were extremely helpful, and efficient knowing I was in a hurry to my next appointment. They made sure all of my tires were balanced and had the recommended amount of air as well! I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness during my service!

Finally found a proper service! Before this, I replaced the control arms, tie rods, did alignment and balancing three different times at different places — and the car still drove like crap: vibrations, crooked steering wheel, just an overall unpleasant ride. Here, the guys did everything right the first time. I picked up the car and immediately felt the difference — the steering wheel is straight, it drives smoothly and perfectly straight, no shaking at all. You can tell these people really know what they’re doing. I also want to highlight the atmosphere — the manager is awesome, explained everything clearly, the attitude was top-notch. It’s nice when they don’t just “fix the car,” but make sure you leave genuinely satisfied
