Sales lady was very nice and friendly. Took their time on doing a estiment way to long then needed .. was very shocked on all the add on fees and also a detailing fee. When I purchase something it should come all cleaned not added in the end. Charge for new battery and propane tanks and most of all showing how Everything works. 3000.00.. thank you but no thank you. It's used not brand new

Was it the worst buying experience I've ever had, no but was it the best.... Also no 😏 I will keep this as brief as I can. If you decide to buy a camper from here just keep in mind the culture seems to be one of very high pressure sales with very little concern for customer satisfaction. They do the fast talking generic answer stuff and when you seem dissatisfied, someone else will attack you and then another person until you're worn down. I highly advise you leave at this point (I definitely should have). They'll try to get you to dump a bunch of cash in their laps (you shouldn't do it, that was my second mistake) and if you have a trade they will toss a pathetic price at you. Bought a brand new travel trailer 2 years ago and we will never go back here to get another. Brand new trailer and it has had so many problems! Propane leak somewhere so we can’t use the stove or heater. We’ve taken it there to be serviced and idk why they can’t seem to find the leak. Not to mention, it would be nice when they say they’ll call back if they actually called me back! Trying to get this in for a service is a joke, they always say they’ll return my call and never do. I’m not a hard customer but when I’m spending $50,000 on a travel trailer I would like to have it so I can use it and that includes the heat and stove.

We have bought a few Rvs from Camping world, Cicero and Syracuse. Kristian Mathison at Ciceros location is one of the by far best Sales Associates we've ever dealt with. We bought our last 5th wheel from him. We loved how he treated us so we returned back to him when we were ready to upgrade to a Diesel motorhome. He definitely went above and beyond for us and out did himself from the last sale. With meeting us about 2 hours out of town to look at a unit then having it transferred to their store to find out it had more issues then anyone knew. Kristian was up front honest and had our best interests at heart. His communication with us was always on point. With this huge let down he found our dream motorhome within a week. We bought our new 5th wheel that we saw at the Syracuse RV show. Brian Yox was super helpful and went above and beyond. Loving our new Sabre and looking forward to many camping adventures!
