Canyonside Towing & Recovery

My car was towed here after it got wrecked. He got there fast and towed it out of there quickly. The next day I asked if I could access it to remove personal belongings and the guy on the phone was nice enough. The guy at the tow yard though could use some customer service etiquette. He let me go get my stuff but wanted to know how long it was going to take me, what I was getting, if I really needed to drive back there.... it was just a bit weird and I felt like I was being watched the entire time. Required my id and signatures when I left. I had a radar detector In my car as well that wasnt there when I went to retrieve my belongings. Not to say they for sure took it, but I dont remember grabbing it out of the car myself and I havnt found it anywhere yet. Just saying.

We needed to be towed to a specific dealership that was 100+ miles from where we were stuck. Canyonside Towing was the only company willing to take the job. Andrew was amazing and really took care of our car. Plus, he ensured his tow truck would allow for two extra passengers. He even told us about the best cheese curds along our route. They did not disappoint!

Andrew was amazing! Towed us from Heyburn, ID all the way to Logan, UT where the nearest service was. Was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything! Top notch customer service. He even made some wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to go do while we waited for our vehicle to be repaired. Seriously cannot thank him enough for making the best of a tough situation.

Got emergency help from Levi today and the service and professionalism was some of the best I’ve ever had would 100% recommend!

Save your money and just find another tow company. We used them through our triple a membership to get us towed and the driver Andrew damaged our entire drive train by not properly loading our van on the tow truck. The owner and manager Bryan, have been awful to deal with and not willing to help with any of the damages their driver did. We have pictures and documents and it’s pretty obvious damage that our mechanic confirmed was 100% due to a tow truck. Will update this post and continue to check to make sure it does not get deleted by them. Be aware and seriously just find another tow company to help you.
