I was in the market for a BMW m550i and found one with low mileage and in mint condition at Car Coast. I met with Ricky and from the start I could tell he was a stand up guy. He was super helpful, patient and motivating through the purchase of my BMW. Also, met with Ron the mechanic who knows his stuff in and out. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Rick, Andy and Ron went above and beyond during the purchase of my car. They made me feel incredibly taken care of and safe without feeling pushy. As a young woman I was very worried and unsure about a lot of things, but I was able to ask all kinds of questions and they are still supporting me so well even after the sale. It’s rare to receive this kind of service these days and feel like I found a true gem with this car shop. I can’t recommend them any more and am so grateful for their kindness and knowledge!

Just had a really fantastic experience dealing with Rick, Andy and Ron buying a used car at Car Coast Auto Sales in West Ashley. They were nothing but friendly and attentive during the entire process. The car seems to be a winner, and the lot is full of other good possibilities. I recently purchased a Mini Cooper S from Car Coast and could not be more satisfied. The professionalism, knowledge attention to detail and courtesies of Ricky and Andy are excellent. A post purchase issue was quickly and most fairly resolved to my total satisfaction. Note that their service technician Ron, is top notch and willing to assist the buyer in full support to on-going maintenance. Again, I am extremely satisfied with Car Coast and will be using them for any future auto purchase.
