Car Genie Mobile CarWash and Detail

Unbelievable dedication to my project. So happy I called Genie. Carl did one expert wash for my vehicle.

It's ridiculous to pay $150 and still have dirt and grime all over your car. I was not looking for a miracle, just a good maintenance detailing for my 2016 Range Rover Evoque (that's in really good condition). They came to my work and took about an hour to do it. They said for $25 more they'd clean the seats, so I said sure. I walk out to check my car... My car was cleaner, yes. Decently vacuumed? Sure. I started looking at my car and noticed the tires still had marks, that could easily be removed by wiping my finger across. NOTHING had been wiped down, not the screen, not the dash, not my steering wheel. I approached the guy that detailed it and explained my frustrations. He said "Well, you just bought the basic detailing... I mean I can run back over some of it with a cloth if you want"

I'm changing my review because the company had someone come back to my shop. The young lady that came to do the details did an awesome amazing job!! I greatly appreciate that Car Genie Mobile Car Wash made it right. Thank you.

Carl has done my cars for years. He does a fabulous job and he’s always on time and extremely professional.
