He took the time to understand my needs and show me various options that would be a good fit. Sam, the owner, was also very involved and made sure everything went smoothly. The process of putting down a deposit was straightforward and the transfer of funds was seamless. Alberto and Sam were upfront about all the costs and fees, so there were no surprises. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy from this dealer, unprofessional, lied and tried selling a RV with a suspended dealers license. Found a 2019 Gulf Stream RV from this dealer and spoke to Alberto to make arrangements to see the RV. Alberto stated the RV was still available as we were concerned with driving from Arizona to Laguna Beach. Drove almost 5 hours, paid the toll fees and test drove the RV. Filled out paperwork for loan which was told the loan person is someone they do business with all the time. Signed a purchase agreement and left a down payment. After waiting a few days, was told by the loan person that the dealer was over pricing the RV and we would need to come up with almost 20% down. We decided to go through our credit union which we paid extra to have a cashiers check overnighter

Recently bought a Tesla. Thank you so much to Alberto for making the process as smooth and easy as possible! And with that pup Brody there as his sidekick, couldn’t have had a better experience. Would definitely recommend them!

WARNING!!! This place is very sketchy. I went in with our family to look at an RV that we were interested in. We went saw it and it looked nice with a few flaws, we didn’t get to drive it so I can’t say if it ran good or not. The couches were all damaged and the AC didn’t get too cold but we decided that we would just have them fix the couches for $500 more and eventually we would fix the AC. We went ahead and left a $300 deposit for it, they didn’t tell us it was non refundable nor did our receipt say it. We ended up not going through with the purchase because the whole vibe at this place is sketchy and the RV also had mice poop everywhere and we just decided it wasn’t worth the $65,500, specially if the AC didn’t seem to run properly and we have no clue how it would drive since we didn’t

I brought my 2016 sprinter to install an AC and change the sparks. Ended up pay $800 more than we agreed. A couple of days after I got the roof leak and it's damaged all my interior. They refused to fix the issue, and I got very rude behavior from Alberto. Please don't go there.
