Aside from some hiccups on our part, we had an excellent experience with our purchase at the Charleston CarMax. Fran was our salesperson and she was very easy to work with. Jim and everyone in the business office were very helpful. We will definitely purchase from this store again in the future!
Walked in got directed to customer service. Showed the reference number. Gave the lady the keys. Waited about 1 1/2 hours, they made a very fair offer. It was great no pressure and a fair offer. If you want to straight up sale this couldn't be easier. Very impressed and pleased.
