I recently sold my car here, and the entire process was remarkably smooth from beginning to end. They provided me with a quick quote that was very close to the market value, along with a clear list outlining all the necessary documents I needed to submit to finalize the sale. Overall, it was a very efficient and quick transaction.

When initial going in was greeted but was not interacted with after I viewed the lot. Went back and was greeted again. Salesman answered questions but had other people assisting and had to give us to another salesman who was excellent. Had to take car back for some minor issues Carnax was excellent with making it right

The 1 star is because the sales rep Joshua was amazing and attentive otherwise I’d have left 0. Let’s give it 1.5 because some of the other staff were great. I was given an offer for a trade in on a paid off 2017 Infiniti q50 sport, 90k mi for a whopping $4,500. I bought the same car from them 3 years ago for $25k($30k). No accidents, engine is perfect, I mean I even have a custom muffler that sounds soo clean. They had an opportunity to have me as a customer for another 5 years. All I said was I don’t want to pay more monthly than I already was… not a big deal and if they appraised properly then I would spend another $30k with them. Now, they won’t hear from me again. Sad to see a great company fall apart.

the experience of being in the dealership and being able to roam the lot was nice. however, i did not have a good experience with the actual buying process. i was trading in a wrecked vehicle that had already been appraised through the app. since i lived two hours away, i called several representatives beforehand to confirm that i should go ahead and tow the car to the dealership and that the appraisal value wouldn’t change. after getting that confirmation multiple times, i towed the car up there and picked out a vehicle i planned to finance. after test driving, running my credit, and getting all the way down to the paperwork, i was told they could only offer me $8,100 LESS than the original appraisal. at that point, i grabbed my keys, loaded the car back up, and left. the vehicle still ra
