The advisor finds a model as close as possible to your area and a transfer fee is charged and you get updates daily until your vehicle gets delivered , but even before you are able to transfer you will know if you are approved for a car loan . I bought my Mini Cooper from Carmax in Pharr in August. It’s my dream car and they happened to have it. I decided I’d buy it on the spot. I had the car shipped from Houston and they called to tell me it was in and ready for me to test drive. I knew I wanted that car and I didn’t have to test drive it. I let them know I wanted to buy the car outright with no financing. They expressed me through and the whole process took less then 30 min. I drove off with it that day. Read up online what CarMax helps the customers with when “before” purchasing a vehicle and after u purchased it. They won’t help u unless u tell them a concern before purchasing or after the purchase. I gave a 4 star cus I had to go back forth like 7 times putting unwanted miles on my recent purchased vehicle and cus got a little resistance from the managers on some repairs but in the end it was good. SMH. Phew!!
