So I go in for a regeneration issue on my prostar. The tech comes back and tell me it was an unplugged wire. The he comes back later and says it's issues with the thermo stat. He replaces it,they charge me 1000 plus dollar for plugging in a wire and diagnostics and a thermostat. They charge me a bunch of hours for a thermostat which I can put in in 15 mind if I were home and to plug a wire in which takes 15 second. 2 days later my truck temps is at under 140 degrees again so i paid 1000 so some can plug in a wire for me...incredible I'm in my truck freezing to death and I can't even go to a motel cause they took all my money. They charge for things that are international fault in the first place for building crappy trucks that have put hundreds of hard working owner ops out of business ca

Great service from the parts department. Kristy took the extra effort to find what I needed.

Staff at the Parts counter are glad you stopped by and usually has a lot of parts in stock and if not, takes a day or two to get them in stock. Service Department like most are booked up for weeks. Frustrating at times if you need it now! I get it, I also read reviews were people post that they are slow perhaps. All shops have More Experienced Techs/Mechanic than others. They do try to get You moving and on Your way as possible. It takes time to Diagnose problems, machines don't always have All the answers. Things don't just break down instantly just like working on them it also takes time to fix. If you ever worked on anything in Life seems like a easy fix and it couple be hours long than You anticipated. Parts Department will gets parts ordered and to you As quick as possible

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER and their dishonest practices, they did not provide me with a estimate and they started doing work that I did not authorized, per law of SC A motor vehicle repair bill has been introduced in the South Carolina Senate. The legislation would likely cover shops under “Motor Vehicle Repair Facility” defined as a person, motor vehicle dealer, garage, body shop, or other services center engaged in diagnoses, repairs, or services to a motor vehicle for the purpose of making a profit. The bill states that a repair facility would be required to provide a customer with a written estimate that include a breakdown of parts and labor costs and a completion time. The estimate would include whether parts would be OEM, aftermarket or used. The facility could not charge f

Carolina international sucks, I have had the impleasue of dealing with both Charleston and Conway branches they both lie. Conway I constantly had issues with repeat repairs yet I always had to pay everytime I brought it back. Then I drop off ENTERPRISES truck for a recall at 830am today and the service advisor says 2 hours it’ll be done. I gave them almost 4 hours it’s 1230 as I type this and the other lady advisor says it’ll be another 2 hours. I live over an hour away so what am I supposed to do hold my ride up for the next 2 hours then hope they’re done in 2 hours? Considering canceling my orders for my new trucks and traveling to another international because of how poor these guys are. Pathetic service.
