Cascade Auto and Marine

Three cars, 150k miles driven, and 10 years driving I’ve been going to the same physical location for my auto work. In recent years it became Skagit Auto and Marine and hands down Dave has turned this place into an excellent auto shop not only for his employees, everyone I’ve interacted with their has been great, Wyatt saw I had new wipers I was going to figure out how to put on and just did it for me lickety split, but also for all the improvements I see to their workspace. Prices are great, they are quick and I get a text or call when work is done! All in all I can’t recommend this auto shop enough for its integrity, consistency, and sheer quality to both the work done and the experience I’ve had as a customer.

Dave and his crew have always done quality work on my family's rigs. They've always been straight with me. If something needs to be done right away, or if it can wait. And lately, saving me a bunch of money in what probably would have been, unnecessary repairs. Alway up front on the cost and sometimes even coming in under the estimate (I was shocked, too). A special shout out to Clint for his help getting me to my rental car recently after dropping my vehicle off in an emergency situation. 5 Stars all around!

Employee’s of Cascade Automotive and Marine are phenomenal people. This place is a throwback to old school customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate me and were incredibly reasonable in price. When everyone else needed to schedule me out 3 to 4 weeks just to get an estimate, these fine gentleman got me in on the same day and repaired my pride and joy while I waited! You can’t ask for anything better that! I feel extremely lucky to have found this shop!

I can’t say enough good things about Cascade Automotive and Maire! They truly went above and beyond for me today, getting me in last minute to install headlights on my son’s car just in time for his birthday. The service had that warm small-town feel, with everyone being so nice and welcoming. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality automotive care with a personal touch!

I brought my f150 in for a strange sound it was making. Although it was never officially diagnosed (other shops have still not figured it out either) I was extremely impressed with their honesty and communication with me. They had it for several days and instead of just throwing parts at it and charging me they were up front and honest by letting me know I’d be best to go to a true ford tech. Most shops would have thrown parts at it trying to figure out a problem when they hadn’t diagnosed it yet. On top of all that, they did not charge me a dime for all the time they had my truck, which I was extremely grateful for. I will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future for maintenance and other work and repairs I will need.
