Negligent Damage to My Vehicle, No Accountability I’ve been a loyal customer of Les Schwab Sedro Woolley for 8 years. They’ve serviced my Tacoma twice, Corolla twice, and my ’78 VW Rabbit. I always recommended them. That ends today. Yesterday during an alignment service, the technician bent the alignment cam tabs flat—using an impact wrench without care. He never said a word about it. No admission. No apology. Just made it sound like it was prior damage, but the tab that was damaged was shiny so it had been done recently. My driver’s side door panel fabric is now covered in greasy residue that wasn’t there before I dropped my truck off. I have no idea what happened inside my vehicle or how it got that way, but the technician clearly didn’t respect it. I maintain my 20-year-old truck me

It pains me to say this, after years of great service… if I could give a “0” I would. I had a vehicle quote for brakes, "Just set up an appointment." I came in, they could not find my quote. Do you have it in your truck? No. After a long runaround they found it but claimed it was on my other account (I have none). Then they said it was under my other phone number (I have none). Finally they print it out and say they can get me right in. Okay. Then: Oh, we don’t have all the parts, we will order them. I says, “No wonder your parking lot is empty. You have changed. I will find another.” He says "OK". I am done. They HAVE changed.

I have been a customer of L S. for a couple decades, with remarkable service an support on commercial truck tires I bought, and private vehicles. However, the last couples years has seen a remarkable drop in service an support. Poor communication on timing, improper torquing of lugs nuts, an the other day, they said they have an open bay an could get me right in. Instead, 4 or 5 guys standing around a tire machines, chatting and laughing. After waiting longer than, “ getting right in”, I complained to manager. Very inappropriate response from him. Will shift most of my business to Burlington. or Discount Tire. Sad to see such poor service and attitude.

I was at another place having oil changed and they broke the valve stem on my rig while checking tire pressure,which they were very honest and took responsibility of the problem. So I had to go to Les Scwab to have it repaired. They were very very prompt and courteous and fixed the damaged valve stem which has a tire sensor which made the repair a bit more costly, but thankfully the repair will be covered by the oil place.

Have been using this shop for several years. Always fast & friendly. Thought I might need an alignment on my truck after driving across the nation several times, our interstates are HORRIBLE in many places, since my last tire rotation; so made an appointment for rotation & alignment. Employees checked my alignment & it showed everything was fine so they did not do the alignment. I love the alignment paper they provide showing values. I TRUST this shop, they could have just done the alignment & charged me - but instead they checked & did not charge me. I always buy my tires & have work done around my tires at Les Schwab.
