NAPA Auto Parts

My experience in retail on both sides of the counter is that helping someone find a solution to a problem, even if that means sending them to a competitor, is both good customer service and good for the community. That was not my experience here. I was traveling from Blaine to spend the night in the Mt Baker-Snoqualmie NF before hiking the next day. I had just passed through Sedro Wooley when my check engine light came on. I felt it prudent to not drive up a Forest Service road without knowing what the engine problem was. I turned around an found my first choice for help, that being Napa. The Bellingham store has always been my go-to auto parts store and has helped me out in similar circumstances. When I came to the Sedro Napa store, there was one customer leaving which left only me.

When I couldn't find a part I needed at O'Reilly's I decided to check Napa. The man at the counter knew exactly which part I needed and was able to tell me with extreme precision the location on the shelf where I would find it. Down to the exact slot on the shelf. And when it turned out that it wouldn't work for my truck I had zero problems returning it. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone in the area

Probably my favorite auto parts store in Sedro. Obviously price check but Butch and his co-workers know a lot about a lot. Good service reasonable prices. SOLID staff.

I definitely highly recommend this location for auto parts you can trust. Can't say I luv the prices but you don't have to worry about bringing the parts back 5 times to get the right one. The group of salespeople are very knowledgeable about the parts they sell compared to other auto part stores by far. If they don't have the part in store they will order it and have it usually next day. returns are also a breeze if needed. Keep up the good work guys and don't go changing.
