To start this is an amazing shop with great workers. I had replaced my own engine on my 2006 Subaru Impreza and in the end ended up with some electrical issues. I called Chris And he got me in very quickly and fix the problem as soon as he could, I could not thank him enough he went above and beyond, I can’t tell you how good it feels at my car on the road again, thanks Chris

When we moved and my longtime mechanic became too far away, he highly recommended Chris, and I’m so glad he did. Chris had worked on my car before at a previous shop, so I already knew he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a solid mechanic. I didn’t hesitate to drive from Camano to Sedro‑Woolley just to have him work on my beloved Subie. Chris was polite, professional, and incredibly thorough, treating my car as if it were his own. He also has the best labor rates around and uses top-of-the-line parts. He’s earned a lifetime customer in me.

His shop is spotless, well-organized, and big enough to handle large vehicles (he even fit my van, about 10 feet long including the AC unit). Great experience! They were very informative on what their diagnostics were on my Ford flex. I feel like they explained everything in great detail so we could understand. Super friendly shop too. I will definitely go back to them if my car has issues again. Highly recommend!

Wow! PROS NW is THE place to go for vehicle repair! We live on the east side of the mountains...back in late September 2025, we decided to escape wildfire smoke and drive our Honda Ridgeline via the North Cascades highway to Mt Baker for a couple days with a basecamp in Sedro Wooley. Those "couple days" turned into almost a week as a newly installed alternator (from Manito Automotive in Spokane) failed. Chris came to our rescue with an upbeat attitude and talent. We feel so lucky and grateful. Chris (PROS NW owner) had just opened his shop. Based on his reviews, I took a chance. And..., I'm so glad I did! Chris determined the issue was a faulty alternator and called Manito Automotive in Spokane. Manito Automotive honored the warranty agreement and we had a new alternator on order that day.
