Since I’ve been old enough to drive, my dad has handled about 99% of my vehicles maintenance needs. As life goes, that’s become more challenging lately, and I knew it was time to find someone I could truly trust with my vehicle maintenance. Last week, I received a business postcard in the mail and immediately felt a connection seeing that they are family owned and operated. I stopped by to explain what I needed, and they were able to get me scheduled just two days later. I came in with parts on hand for a repair/replacement, but they turned out to be incompatible. Tony went out of his way to work with me and my family, making a hectic situation much easier to manage. I truly appreciated the service he and his team provided, as well as his personal skills to ensure my car was taken care of. Definitely coming back for future repairs.

I asked Gateway auto to do a Pre-Purchase Auto inspection for me. As an out of state buyer; I was incredibly impressed with the integrity that Tony showed over the process. Tony gave me a detailed breakdown with pictures on areas of concern for the vehicle in question. This undoubtedly saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. I highly recommend Gateway auto for all of your mechanic needs. I would happily pay for them to do another inspection for me.

It was my first experience with auto repairs here. I knew our car had problems and did not know how involved they were. The staff there diagnosed the problems and gave me an estimate of the parts and labor involved. The estimate was surprising but I am no expert on these costs. The work was done and it cost a lot but I was satisfied with what was done. Gateway has my trust and I will have my pickup worked on there in January.

Tony was so helpful. I was very nervous when I walked in and by the time I walked out I felt completely comfortable and confident.
