I could’ve sworn I left this review a year ago! I’m glad I checked. There are very few things that give me instant gratification. (Lisa will attest to this!) We had my 2024 Suburban ceramic coated and the windows tinted. I loved the results so much that we brought our 2022 Power Wagon to Lisa and her crew, while we went on vacation, just a few months later. When I tell you, this truck looked like a completely different truck - I mean it did! We had no idea that the black paint actually had flecks in it!!! It was so sparkly and amazing. The extra care with the cap and the paint correction was insane. I was literally blown away. To their reply: see attached photos. I don’t know if you’re aware of our text conversation but I have attached them for the public to show how you all think I lied about which parts were serviced. I brought the new caps to replace the ones that were damaged. We were ALL aware of what happened. That is already clear in my review. The results do not change. After 1 year of having the PPF applied to my vehicle and having done the annual warranty clean, I’ve come to the decision that it’s worth the investment if you upkeep the vehicle to a T. My car being the daily driver and time constraints not allowing me to wash the vehicle often has made it so that the edges of the PPF are difficult to restore without dirt lines. Ceramic Pro Wake Forest is the absolute best. Lisa, Heather, Dave and the entire team are definitely an Elite Dealer. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. I'm one of the world's most peculiar when it comes to my car and they surpassed all expectations! Just WOW!..UPDATE...About 8 months and the ceramic pro ion still looks amazing. The paint is still super slick and looks as glassy as it was from day one. In direct sunlight you can see the flawless job done by Lisa and her team at Ceramic Pro Wake Forest in perfecting the paint...Awesome!

Wonderful experience! Lisa (owner) couldn’t be any nicer, her staff was excellent and the shop was super clean. I stopped on way home to Florida from NY, in a new Truck, and I couldn’t be happier. They ceramic coated, put PPF on the front and mirrors and tinted the windows. The truck looked better then when I bought it! When I got home, we had some rain, there were hardly any bugs and not a single blemish. I simply wiped down the truck and looked like it did when I left Wake Forest! Such a great investment.
