Precision Collision Repair

Neil and the whole staff at Precision are on a whole different level of customer satisfaction. I want to thank them for doing a very meticulous job and taking the time on the details. I understand why they stay busy. Would not trust another shop to satisfy my hard to please expectations. Plus, it's always nice to be greated with a friendly smile no matter what they have going on.

I have had two cars in their shop in the past 4 months. Both of them came out great! Stacy is very good at giving you an honest estimate and stayed in touch with me the entire time with updates. As for the workmanship, Neal and his staff are amazing. I wouldn't use anyone but them for repair work. P.S. - Hope I don't see them anytime in the near future!!

Highly recommend! Stacy was extremely helpful with the estimate and scheduling, and the estimate was spot on. I was very worried that my damaged bumper would look like it had been replaced, but they matched the paint on my Mini Cooper's unusual color so perfectly that you can't even tell that the bumper is not the original. I hope I don't need to repair another car, but if I do, I will most definitely come back here.

Maybe the work is good, but they seem really overpriced. I was quoted at $1,700 just to sand and paint 2 quarter sized scratches. Wow... pretty unreasonable.

Stacy and staff are awesome, very helpful, HONEST and professional...above all they are good and stand by their work. This is the second time I will be having my Infinite repaired. They are the only shop that is certified with Infinite parts. It is a bonus to me that I know my car was and is repaired correctly, and with specific parts for my type of car. I highly recommend them for all your repairs needed for your vehicles.
