Awesome experience each time I get my 2021 4Runner serviced. Done a drop off and also waited which was a quick in-n-out in less than an hour for an oil change and new battery. Knowledgeable and friendly and dont walk out feeling I've overpaid for service.

I went in because my service light came on. They did a diagnosis and there was so many things wrong. She told me that the repair would be very expensive. She asked me some information sbout the car and started plugging away at her computer. She looked up and said take it to the BMW dealer immediately because there is a warranty on it that is about to expire. I had no idea there was a warranty. I called BMW and got in there at the first available. She literally saved me $7000!!! I now go to them for all my car needs as well as my son! This is an honest place! I’m gonna call them Honest Import Auto from now on! Highly highly highly recommend!

Hannah and Brooklyn are wonderful. The technicians are prompt and thorough with their work. My European-make vehicles have been serviced here for a couple years now. The staff are great at explaining in layman's terms what the issues are and fair with pricing of work and parts.
