I went in and it was very welcoming. Mike at the front desk was very nice and cooperative with me and understood my situation very well. The team helped me a lot and gave me good recommendations. I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and oil change, but while my vehicle was on the lift, the team discovered something shocking-one tire completely bald and two showing cord. This was incredibly dangerous and completely unexpected, especially since the vehicle had just passed inspection in mid-August at another shop (not Meineke). Meineke showed up for me in a big way. They had four new tires delivered and installed while I waited, turning what could have been a nightmare situation into one where I left feeling safe and cared for. I do recommend this place, they are honest! I went for brake check up because my dealership told me few months ago I needed to change brakes but I didn’t hear any noises or had trouble back then so I decided not to change them. Lately I heard some noises coming from the front of my car so I thought well now might be time to change it. But instead of going to my dealership I wanted to make sure so I went somewhere else. At this Meineke the guy who took my call and received my car was really nice, respectful, and professional. He asked one of their mechanics to take it for a drive test and check everything. Guess what? No time to change brakes yet but give it few months. Of course without questions I will go back to this Meineke to have them change my brakes! You earned my business, thank

Superior customer service and lightning speed wait time. I went into the shop on a Saturday at 7:00 am to get my NC Inspection done and I was in and out of the shop in 20 minutes☺️
