Quality Plus Automotive Service

We are new to the (At least this side of the state) I wasn’t sure where or who was a reliable and honest mechanic to take our car too to get the brakes done. With my other vehicle, we have been screwed around so much by taking it to the Dealership- all I knew is, we were not going to be taking any more of our vehicles to any of the dealerships in this area. I ended up reaching out on Next Door for a mechanic they would recommend as neighbors.Hands down the reviews were for Quality Plus Automotive. I’m so grateful for the recommendations!!!! I rarely go out of my way to post reviews but this business deserves it! They are amazing! I needed a full check up on my car and they helped me come up with a treatment plan so I’m not out thousands of dollars (yet) 🤣. Everyone was kind and courteous and professional. I felt like the prices were fair and the work done was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this group! They also had treats you could pick out for pet. And snacks and coffee and soda/water. My one heads up is that they don’t offer shuttle rides but it’s fine because they offer so much more! This was the first time I’ve scheduler here based on the reviews and now I’ll be going back for good. They really put an extra step forward in customer experience and in the quality car care!

Quality Plus took great care of me and my car! I had a bad experience at a different auto shop close by and after calling around to many places, i decided to go with Quality Plus and I’m so pleased that i did! Ryan, Luis, and Brittany were all kind, genuine, efficient and reliable. I will absolutely be bringing my car back for any future maintenance. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I'm sure I've reviewed Quality Plus Automotive years ago, as I've been a customer of theirs since 2008, but it's time for a refresh. What I can say is that for the past 18 years they have been the only shop to service both of my cars, a Honda CRV that I bought new in 2007 and a Subaru Forester that I purchased in 2019. Other than for new car warranty and recall issues, I would choose Quality Plus over any dealership or independent shop in the area. They consistently do excellent work, which they back up with a warranty. They are a modern, clean facility that can handle electric vehicles as well, including renewing electric car batteries, which can be very expensive to replace at a dealership. Quality Plus has been taking care of my family’s cars for over 15 years. When I say they are trustworthy, I mean they stand behind their work, and their level of honesty is far over and above what you would expect from a mechanic. I highly recommend QP for all your automotive needs.
