STOP buying tires anywhere else! As a parent of 6 kids- I can’t tell you how many tires I’ve bought over the years! Never have I found a place, with such experience, customer service, the availability of products, and at such reasonable prices - like THIS Discount Tire! Talk to Thomas! Thomas was an Angel to us today! Thomas is so knowledgeable, that as soon as we called with a flat, he knew immediately that he had what we needed in stock! He even ran out to my car to grab the rim from me! Love him! I was able to get a brand new tire with the warranty for a third of what I’ve paid any place else! And - discount tire has a humongous waiting room with lots of seating options. And it is handicap accessible, including the bathrooms.! So pleased and I found this place nearby! I’ll be shopping f

I had a great experience at this Discount Tire location. I’ve been a few times and all of the staff have been friendly and professional. During my most recent visit, they went above and beyond to accommodate me and fix a small issue that arose during my visit, giving me several (great) options to choose from. Every staff member I interacted with was so incredibly polite and helpful; the customer service was exceptional. Truly every single one of them. I’ve always appreciated how quick and efficient they are and that you can order tires, pay for them, and book the appt online. 10/10 recommend.

I am very pleased with my experience. Affordable and great service. Came in with a leaking tire knew I needed tires all the way around. They had me all fixed up the same day even with being a walk in mid day. They were also very open with tire options and offered a decent selection of quality as well as price range. Offered me an up-sale to add windshield wipers (which was indeed also needed) but my favorite thing is that the were not pushy about adding the wipers or trying to get me to buy the most expensive tire if I didn’t want to. I wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you to the staff for getting my little pinky back on the road again!

Had a great experience at Discount Tire in Indian Land. Matt Bell met me outside right away and quickly assessed what I needed. Inside, Tim Riek (Store Manager) was actively walking the showroom, talking with customers and making sure everyone was taken care of ,which says a lot about the leadership there. My wife and I went to grab breakfast down the road, and before I even took a bite of food, I received a text that the vehicle was done. That kind of efficiency and communication is top-notch. Thank you DTC Indian Land for stellar service!

I have used Discount Tire for years and this last experience exceeded all of my experiencea in the past. LJ and Tom were absolutely incredible. Their level of customer service is simply the best.
