CertiFit Auto Body Parts

I just purchased my front bumper, for a GREAT price! Thank you MATTHEW for the excellent service! He explained everything throughly! I’m just a girl lol. And he “dumbed” everything down for me! Service 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst customer service ever. Answering the phone with “Oh my God, what do you need?” And I even asked if I called him at the wrong time, and he said yes. So I told him I would call back, and he asked me again, “What do you need?” Bravo, bravo, that kind of customer service. Having a bad day shouldn’t be reflected on the customers.

Came here for a bumper for my Odyssey. Guys at the desk got my parts fast. Quick in and out service.

The bald guy with a beard at the Register has to be the reason y'all are getting 1 star review. I dont know what position he holds but he acts like he is forced to be there. He made me feel like I don't know what I was doing instead of just guiding through or rather give a simple positive feedback when talked to. He can go work in the back because people don't wanna see that when they come there, he will be the picture they will have of that place inspite of the place being nice with affordable parts.

Local Chevrolet Camero club hosted car show at this location. Some nice cars turned out. Good food truck truck was there.
