If I could give the guys down here at BIG E TIRE 10 stars I would have. Very respectful, clean and welcoming environment. Upon first arrival I was greated and welcomed into the service center. The advisor was very polite and helpful to understand my needs also answering any questions I had. I look forward to returning and having my Vehicle service needs in the future. Went in to purchase a car… while filling out a credit app, one of the other salesman said I looked like I do my own repairs. I replied that I typically do. He said we aren’t really a car “sales” company, we are a car “repair” company. We sell cars to get the repair business as well as repairs on other vehicles in your family. I said that’s unlikely because my wife just got a new lease 2 weeks ago. I took the car for a test drive and was told upon my return that there was a potential buyer for this vehicle who’s waiting on credit approval… hmm interesting, that wasn’t what I was told initially. The next day I was told it had been sold to the other buyer. Moral of the story, don’t walk in there to buy a car looking like you know how to turn a wrench or they won’t sell to you.

Brought my car in same day of service needed and the staff here are warm pleasant and care about there customers. Had my issue taken care of right away which was a huge relief on a busy work day. Grateful for this shop and will be a return customer!

This was my 1st visit to Chandler Automotive, it was the most positive experience I have had in a long time. They were courteous and friendly. When I could not get a ride to bring me to get my car, they informed they have a shuttle and promptly came to get me! I had asked them to please check my car for any items needing attention per manufacture recommendations, do an inspection and verify my car was set for winter. They did everything I asked and gave me recommendations on items to do, items that could wait and not once pressured me on anything. I will definitely be going back to them with my car!

Chandler is the BEST ever! They are so kind , were helping me with my husband's classic car... kept the car longer since I had to acquire storage. Called when fixing the car and kept me informed , so polite and informative! I'd give them a much higher mark if the scale went higher!!! So very appreciative of their response and kindness.
