Charles Towne Buggy Bath CAR WASH

This wash straight up sucks. Took my truck through the wash and got home to a truck that was just as dirty as before. Paid $10! I certainly need a refund. Had to rewash the truck back at home.

What a dump. Wash doesn't work, card readers don't work, screens don't work, and they steal your money. I've had this wash flat out take my money and not work causing me to file a dispute. There's nobody to reach regarding issues but to be honest, if I were the owner of this dump I'd go into hiding as well. It's honestly insane this place hasn't been demolished and replaced by a business that would actually benefit consumers. Today was the last straw for me....Card reader, screen, speakers all busted yet they still charge me; all the while the gentlemen at the wash next to me sat there for 10 minutes trying to get his card reader to work. To the owner(s), just imagine how much more you'd make if you actually kept up with the place and didn't leave it looking like a film location for a Mad

Twice I have gone here on a Tuesday for their $8 special. Both times I was charged $10 instead of $8. The quality of the wash is also very disappointing.

Took a $20 bill in the money feeder. Then had to use my credit card to use the car wash. This place has no phone number on the website to call the owners. Don’t use cash!! It will take your money and not let you use the car wash. Only reason I had to use that particular wash was because a goose had shit all over the top of my convertible and I had to get it off ASAP. Stay away, use any other car wash but his one!!

Tried the Tuesday $6 any wash special, not so special. Used the touch free side with the Rolls Royce. Did no clean very well, the soap seemed to be a little diluted. No wax came out during the "Waxing" phase.
