I’ve been to Wagen Worx two times, and although I wasn’t impressed the first time, I decided to give them a second chance (to be fair/informed). The first time they provided a full 60k inspection and left debris/materials in my car. Additionally, they reported they rotated all tires (however I had a slow leak in my back left tire - and the same tire continued to leak (on the same side) after the rotation. The second time I scheduled a 70k inspection and they stated that I needed new windshield wipers on the front and back (although I just replaced the back one a month earlier). Additionally, they reported that an error code appeared (and I needed to follow up with the dealer). I asked what the error code was and they said they didn’t know (they didn’t write it down). five stars all the way – I've moved my service for my Audi from the dealership to the shop permanently. High integrity, incredibly knowledgeable, and all around nice guys. Absolutely not out for a quick buck and deserve their top level recommendations. I feel really lucky that I found this place.

I can't say enough great things about Nathan and the team at Charleston Wagen Worx! I recently brought in my Audi A8L for a service, and from the moment I walked in, I knew my car was in excellent hands. Nathan is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done, as well as any potential issues down the road. It's rare to find a mechanic who is so transparent and willing to educate you about your car, especially when it's a high-end vehicle like the A8L. I never felt pressured and appreciated that they gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for my car. Charleston Wagen Worx is the BEST and is the only place I will take my VW beetle for repairs from now on! They are so kind, helpful, and genuine. It is clear that they truly care about their customers. My car starting having some issues and I was concerned to continue driving it, so I called places around town. Wagen Worx was the only one who was willing to take me immediately (most other places said I'd have to wait weeks...). They got me in and stayed late to work on my car. They not fixed the major issue, but fixed about 4 other smaller things I had going on with my car but hadn't gotten it looked at yet, in just over 24 hours!! Lifesavers!! Thank you SO much! I am so grateful for you and will be back. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
