Dishonest. That's all I have to say. Went in for check engine light and they tried to charge me additional charges for cabin filter and other BS. They make you pay an inspection worth about $300 to get started.

Terrible service from people that just don’t care. If they weren’t wearing GM uniforms you would think you were at Walmart asking a cashier for help servicing your new 2024 vehicle. Then when you tell them how bad they are a manager from another country calls to try to make things better. He fooled me to try his dealership again and my second attempt to get my car fixed was worse. Any positive feedback is just paid for, I would avoid this dealer at all costs.

Avoid Chevrolet of Milford — Dishonest Warranty Practices!!! I brought my car into Chevrolet of Milford for warranty-covered repairs, and it has been a nightmare. Jennifer, my service rep, informed me that even though my warranty company approved 22 hours of labor at $179.95/hr (the market average), the dealership wanted to charge me an extra $1,760 out of pocket because their shop rate is $259.95/hr. I called my warranty company, who confirmed they approved everything fairly and had no idea why the dealership is trying to overcharge me. Because my warranty requires me to stay within 40 miles, the dealership is using that as leverage, knowing I can't easily move the car without paying them for incomplete work and towing fees. This is an unacceptable and unethical way to treat customers —

Was in the area so I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change. Dillon helped me immediately and was able to give me an appointment two days later (would have been the next day but I couldn't do it then). Took the car in earlier than the appointment time to accommodate a change in our schedule. Good communication through texts. Car was in good shape when returned to us, no grease on floor, door, or steering wheel. Good experience.

Chevy Milford is a great place very professional and offers timely service with very knowledgeable staff!
