Clean Express Auto Wash

Worst possible car wash there is.. got stuck in it 5 times in one sitting. Happens every day it seems. Also did not wash off completely. This is my husbands car

First time I've been here. Very disappointed. The greeter was very nice and obviously tried to talk me into a signing up for a subscription, but I rarely go to a car wash so I politely declined. So glad I did. It left soap all along the sides of the car and missed washing a couple areas. Didn't even dry it. just wanted a rinse and dry. I have a Mitsubishi outlander so it wasn't a huge vehicle. I guess since I bought the cheapest wash, you get what you pay for. GetGo does a lot better.

Great service from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything moved quickly but smoothly. The manager was visible and making sure things were running well. My car came out looking great, and you can tell they care about their customers. Definitely recommend! 🚗✨

The previous reviews are accurate about pushy sales tactics(the issue obviously not being addressed). The clerk was delaying the line giving every car the full pitch while 6-8 cars passed us in member line. At our turn I told him the wash we wanted and he was upset I wasn’t interested in his pitch. He asked if I was going to let him do his pitch I said no thanks. Then told us he wouldn’t sell us a wash then relented and sold us an overpriced average wash then told us don’t come back. No problem highly recommend Mr magic or mod wash down the street!

5 star customer service, 5 star initial impression of the facility and wash itself, 1 star long-term care for my vehicle as it damaged the paint and left swirls in it after visiting the wash a dozen times. The cancellation process was also a headache (don't bother calling, you won't get anyone; text their number to receive an AI bot who can get you canceled in less than 5 minutes). One more gripe... the design of the wash entry is awful. The turn in is WAY too tight and bad drivers doing 3 and 4 point turns seriously slow things down during busy times. My advice... If your car is already kind of beat up and you just need to knock the crap off of it, this isn't the worst place, but I'd only buy the basic cleaning subscription (the higher tiers don't offer much shine unless you go frequent
