I can't give enough praise about the team at Clear Lake Auto Service! Everyone there is super helpful, patient, kind, understanding, and determined. I took my 1985 Corvette in with a couple different issues and even when it seemed like every angle was assessed Joelle and her team continued working hard until the issues were solved. Tim is amazing as well! He gave me constant updates and gave me a very fair price across the board. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a honest and hard working team! Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication!

When Bobby was alive the shop was more honest, now that unfortunately he’s gone his sales man rip people off with outrageous prices, they claim to have fixed something but the same thing breaks after a few weeks later and they’ll say that it’s not their fault, they’ll offer to tow your vehicle to the shop but after the bill comes they’ll charge you an arm and a leg for the tow, they claim to fix things but they actually don’t, they hire the cheapest mechanics to work on your car. After 30 years of taking all my cars there…. I’m done, good luck Tim thanks for ripping me off!

I had an excellent experience with Clear Lake Auto. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by Tim, the Service Manager. He quickly took a look at my truck and efficiently noted the issues. He kept me notified of their progress throughout service, explaining the repairs and costs. Their front desk staff and technicians also were kind and provided a great experience. Highly recommend!

Taco was my service advisor and was extremely knowledgeable. Very straight to the point and always communicated with me regarding my Lexus. Recommended taco 100%!

I brought my truck in for a radiator replacement. There was no question that’s what it was, yet they had my truck for almost a week. I was going to just let it go and never go there again, but when I had to replace the radiator again, and saw the substantial price difference between Clear Lake and the other place, I had to speak up. Clear Lake charged me $1998.58 to replace the radiator, and that was with discount. I asked Clear Lake why it was so expensive, they said it was the warranty. I went to a different place this time and they charged me $542.36, radiator plus installation. I had the motor replaced in my windows and an oil change on top of the radiator and it was still less than what clear lake charged for the radiator, and they had completed everything in one day! I will never go
