I paid over $30.00 for a car wash on sunday 3/1/26. I got none of the features that came with this car wash. Mats were not cleaned tires not dressed windows look like someone puked on them, the windows were in better shape before I got there. No soap none of the extras I paid for. I questioned all of this and got shrugged shoulders. I used to get very good service and a great car wash. What I got I could have done better by going to a gas station and get a touch free wash for $8.00 and done a whole lot better. Extremely irritated about the end results.

I’ve been a member of Cloud 9 Car Wash in Eden Prairie for about 4 to 5 months, and today I went from being extremely upset to completely blown away. During the wash, my valve stem came off, and at first I was really frustrated. But the owner took full responsibility right away and handled everything with such honesty and care. He gave me a ride home so I could get a second vehicle, and when I took the tire in, I was in and out in just 10 to 15 minutes. What truly touched me was that they reimbursed every dollar I spent, and they even gave me a free car wash for my second vehicle, something they absolutely did not have to do. I would rank their detail department as one of the best I have been too. The detailer (I think his name is Chris? He’s been there for years) has made my vehicles look like they came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Car Wash.

I tried to get a car wash. No one spoke English. They wanted me to get out of my car and let them drive it around apparently - but not sure as no English and my Spanish is very rusty after 30+ years of non use. I have a Tesla so no way to know if they know how to drive it or not - again, no English. You would think they would have ONE person who spoke English and could explain the basics. Not going to give my car to some booger to drive around, sorry. Don't need the hassles.
