We have three cars in our family and have had several issues throughout the years with each one. TGK has always been very helpful with explaining those issues in a consultative and supportive approach. I appreciate their honesty and transparency when discussing the problem and resolving the repairs.

First time using TGK Automotive, had a great experience from start to finish. Got an estimate of work being done, it was easy to schedule a day to get the work done and car was completed on time. Dave was great to deal with. He even sent me photos of the damaged part.

Went in for a wheel alignment using a coupon, expecting the final price to be $105 after discount. Once I arrived, they added $40 extra for steering sensor calibration, which was never mentioned upfront—not during booking, not in the coupon details, total cost they showed as $157. For comparison, the dealership quoted $170 all-inclusive (taxes, shop fee, and even a free car wash) and I can walk in anytime. I had scheduled this appointment a week in advance, so the surprise charges were disappointing. Pricing feels misleading. Be careful and ask for the full breakdown before committing.

I would like to thank Dylan for going the extra mile on replacement of oil cooler on my Jeep. I only wish that the warrenty was covered so you could do the work. All my future service will be done by you! Thanks again, Mike

Great service and good advice about what could, should or must be done for my car. I had brake work done at TGK a year ago and was very satisfied. This time I was just in for an oil change. Paul reminded me that since I had purchased tires from them it was time for my free tire rotation and they took care of it. I left with a good overview of what maintenance issues might lie ahead for my 2015 car. Really appreciate the personal interest in my situation. Thank you, Paul!
