Nice staff and clean facility. Had higher hopes. Wish they were be upfront on fees and pricing. Advertised price doesn't include added fees. They also are a "best price forward" type place so don't waste your time driving far if you plan on negotiating. Prices are set in stone along with added fees. If I would've known that I couldn't even get them down even $400 off asking I wouldn't have wasted their time or mine. The flier in the car says "buying a car should be fun, not stressful so that's why we put the best price forward." What's the fun in paying full price on an almost 20 year old car?

Im glad I came here to find a car after my wife's car was stolen. It was a no hassle experience. Jared Ceballos was knowledgeable about ever vehicle I was looking as and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Not only did they let me test drive the vehicle I was able to inspect it and ask as many questions as I could think of. If you're looking to get a vehicle theirblisted price is very close to what you pay. Add about an extra 1,000 for fees and taxes and will help you budget.

I have mixed feelings on this review. I am settling on 3 stars given my specific experience and they made things right, the vehicle we purchased we got a great price on, and the shopping experience itself was very positive. There was no pressure, the showroom and waiting area were immaculate. Ric was great to work with. If it were just those things I would say 5 stars. That said, the things that weren't good, seemed inexcusably bad. 1. This is the most alarming to me. All vehicles are advertised as having been inspected by an ASE certified mechanic; this was on the display tag for the vehicle, and advertised on Car Gurus. However, the car's brakes needed to be redone, and the check engine light was on that was resolved by the mechanic replacing the O2 sensor. That said, they made this r
