I’ve been coming to the Eden Prairie Midas for about a year now for oil changes and new tires and always leave the shop or phone call happy. There are great explanations backed by knowledge, kindness, and humor. David and Gary honestly brighten my day and I never worry about being overcharged or suckered into things I don’t need. They inform me of what my car needs and try to get the best prices. Such great staff and services!

Very accommodating and fair pricing. Owning a small business I've had a saying that you don't know how good a business is until something goes wrong. Well things happen and not everything goes to plan as there was a problem with my truck's repair. These guys rectified the issue like the pros they are. Do not hesitate to use this shop. You are in good hands.

Came in this evening for an oil change before the holidays and found out I had a hole in my tire. I received all the help and options that I neededbefore I left. I’m from out of state and new to Minnesota and I honestly love coming here — especially as a young woman on my own. I always feel comfortable, respected, and like I’m getting real, honest advice. They care about safety and actually explain what’s going on with my car without making me feel like I don’t have a clue what’s going on. I’ve been doing things solo for a while, so having a place I can trust means a lot. Thanks for always looking out for me and my car, I plan to always be back as long as I’m in Minnesota!!

Gary and his gang are always helpful, fast and have great customer service. I drive over an hour to get what is needed done as they have not steered me wrong. They are great with great customer service. They are the real deal! Thanks guys!

I’ve been here twice for silly fixes (couldn’t get my license plate off, indicator wasn’t working), and Midas EP fixed both things for me within 10min and charged me nothing. They even showed me how to check my indicator next time to see if the bulb just wasn’t screwed in properly. I’m going here from now on instead of Walser Toyota (not trustworthy, pricey). Making an oil change appt now!
