The office staff are rude and evasive when asking them general questions. Front desk attendant became rude when advised on what another staff member said in a conversation and kept switching her story when questioned. They insisted that I was not telling the truth about a conversation which I had with one of their other staff. They did not provide me with any paper work explaining fees or processes, and then again caught an attitude when asked to explain themselves. They also lied about calling insurance of my behalf. There were also undertones of racism, which was apparent when I a black man began questioning them. Again, office staff are very rude, incompetent, and unable to explain things. They charge unnecessary fees and provide no explanation and then try to hold your property hostag

Coastal Towing has always been a great partner of ours. We would encourage any fleet service to consider calling them with whatever recovery, inspection or maintenance need they might have have.

This place is a ripoff, they charged me $527 when I asked for my car to be taken to my house which was only 15 minutes away…they also was going put my car up for auction without telling me anything!!! If I wouldn’t have called and tried to setup a payment plan I would’ve never known…this is definitely highway robbery!!!

They did an amazing job on my Corvette. The owner even came and did the walk around with me. Support your local businesses!!!! A+++

I had my 2017 Chevy Spark repaired there. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the repairs were awesome.
