They wanted to take my truck to modica bros for repairs to the front end. Im sorry but thats not the quality of shop my insurance is supposed to be paying for to repair my vehicle. They Required me to purchase 4 new wheels "couldn't find a match replacement for the 1 damaged wheel " and purchade an entire new lift kit before they would check my frame for straightness. In other words wanted me to buy all parts insurance doesn't cover before they would check the frame to see if its totaled "toyota won't allow frame straightening it will be totaled ". I had to pay out of pocket to send to another shop. New shop is installing my spare to check my frame first before I buy any parts. They also magically found a single replacement wheel for me and will purchase the individual lift kit parts need

I hope I don't, but If I have another accident I will definitely use them again. Cody took good care of me.

My car was beautifully restored/repaired by Collision Solutions in an adequate amount of time. Employees were extremely friendly. So convenient to have Enterprise Rent-a-Car on sight.

Do not use this business! They act all nice and polite at first. But once they have your vehicle. The customer service goes out the window. I went in to have a dent fixed in my hood. The dent is still visible. Two new small dents high up on the hood that were not there before. And trash in the paint and clear coat. They will promise you that your vehicle will be done on a certain date. But when it’s not. They have no explanation why it’s not done. And when I tried to point out the poor quality work. No one would even walk outside to look at my vehicle. I was simply told . Well our work has a warranty and it is what it is.

Had to bring my 2020 Ram 1500 in to have a panel repainted and the entire experience was superb. The entire team was great to work with and they were able to do the work in a reasonable timeframe. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere. Choose collision solutions.
