Colonial Volvo Trucks

I’m not the type of person who leaves bad reviews anywhere, but I find it ridiculous that I came to this dealer with a hose and they couldn’t give me the hose fittings because I didn’t have the vehicle’s VIN number. This is a simple air hose, and I even brought it so it could be measured. It seems illogical to me, and it’s always the same situation. Honestly, they should hire qualified people to work in places like this. By the way, I bought it in Kenworth and took me two seconds

Good shop, people were nice and helpful. Reasonable labor rate of $165/hr is much better than Nashville Volvo’s $245/hr. And this shop actually fixed the issue unlike Nashville. Didn’t waste any time at all either, Nashville Volvo shop drags the time out. Good experience here. Waiting area could be nicer, but the bathroom was extremely clean

On December 22 around 7pm I went to this dealer to buy oil change filter kit I meet a laidy at the selling parts ,the worst customer service since I driving truck she is so ignorant I wish not to see her agian. Bad service

Yall just fixed my 2007 Volvo from petroleum carriers on 8/23/2024. You all did a great job. I believe the gentlemen’s names are Ronnie and Andrew and I think I spoke to another person I don’t remember the name. They took really good care of my truck. Very professional and nice people. I have been buying parts from their store for about a year now but this was the first time I had to bring it in to the shop. And they answered any questions I had and were patient with me seeing as they are the experts and I dont really know much about trucks other than driving. These are honest people and I will continue doing business with them. Thank yall to the Volvo dealership in Ashland Virginia.
