Prompt and will make sure the buying process is smooth. He will not let you leave un satisfied! Ren at their service center is right there with Lucas. Next level top tier customer service. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use the Colton team for my camping needs! When you buy at Colton know that when something is broke they will make it right! We purchased a 2021 Bay Star Sport from Colton in April of this year. Lucas was very helpful and patient in taking us through the coach on facetime tours on two separate occasions. My wife and I were in the market for a fifth wheel toy hauler. We must have traveled 1200 miles between PA and NY on our search. We decided on a Friday to take a trip to Colton RV in NY.
