We had a great experience at Commonwealth RV. Everyone went out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible. Marc, our sales person, communicated well and helped us maneuver through the process. We picked up our RV last week and we couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Commonwealth to anyone looking for a great quality recreational vehicle..

Really enjoyed working with Commonwealth Boat. Lots of boats to choose from and no pressure sales approach. Gray was great to work with very knowledgeable. Great price on the boat I purchased. Tech walkthrough to show me how everything worked. Overall positive experience.

Please do not buy from these guys. As nice as they are, the sales staff does not communicate with the shop, and they dropped the ball by letting us drive off the lot in an RV with no working backup camera, broken break lights, and no CO2 detector, amongst other issues after we had the RV thoroughly inspected by a third party. We were patient with them through the ice storm and understood certain delays were out of their control, but their failure to honestly communicate timelines put us in an impossible situation while moving across the country, with the RV being our primary home. The owner was firm on pricing, yet had no rational reason to be considering the amount of fixes that needed to happen in order to make this thing even street legal. I authorized a $1k deposit to this business to buy a boat and the salesman said that would hold the boat for me until we completed the closing paperwork and I paid the balance. The salesman took all my credit card information approximately 3 pm. The company then sold the boat to someone else later that afternoon. The salesman said the owner authorized the other party to buy the boat even though the salesman assured me the boat was mine. The only reason I am not giving one star is that the salesman was responsive in trying to find alternatives - but this business was unethical at best when they promised me the boat, I agreed to a deposit and gave them my credit card information and then they sold the boat to someone else a couple of hours later. Very bad business practices.

Smooth Sailing For Selling My Boat With Commonwealth I had a great experience with Commonwealth Boat Brokers. They sold my boat for me and got exactly the price I was hoping for. Marc was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process—he kept me in the loop with regular updates about showings and potential buyers, and he was always easy to reach if I had questions. I had SO much trouble trying to sell the boat myself. When I listed it on Boat Trader, all I got was spammers and fake interest. It wasted my time and money! I tried to print flyers and post them at marinas in my area in Virginia, but didn’t get any interest, and this also wasted my time and money.
