Gentleman who checked me in very nice explained my concerns. Price of oil change I was pleased. Thank You for excellent service. I also was advised to purchase new tires. At this time I cannot purchase new tires I will try to purchase 2 at a time in the fall before winter

Ran over a big piece of metal. Brought my car in. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He was pleasant. Explained my options and made the whole experience great. I got 2 new tires in less than 2hrs and thanks to him I was on my way.

Had rear brake work done on my car and cost me almost $1,000 for a single axle rotors and brakes. I was quoted $500 per axle on the phone, somehow because my car is a Mercedes it immediately went up to $750 per axle. Really? Then when I arrived to pick up the car it was $912, an extra $150 for an hour of "resurfacing" my front rotor. People warn you about the larger commercial shops, and this is why.

Brian was a great help but the guy who cashed us out was very smug. I probably won't go back there if he's still employed there. My wife and I were very upset with his customer service skills

Brian the manager is very kind and reasonable. He worked with me and made sure I was able to get my tires installed.. I'll review the tires and labor later. But as far as his customer service skills and compassion for everyday people.. 5 stars for Brian
