Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I brought my car to Mr. Tire in Mayfield, OH on 11/30 for a simple engine oil cap replacement. While there, the technician told me the vehicle needed both front and rear brakes and performed the service. The total cost was about $1,300. I drove the car back to Columbus, and it sat for five days. On December 9th, the brake warning light, traction control light, and power steering warning all came on. We contacted a Mr. Tire location in Columbus and were told they would not inspect or service the car because the work had been done at another Mr. Tire location. The warning lights stayed on, though the brakes still functioned, until 12/29 when the brake pedal went completely to the floor. The car had to be towed back to the Mayfield, OH location. If I could give zero stars I would! Do not go to this shop! 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 After my minivan broke down, roadside assistance towed it here. After looking at it, they told me they could not fix it, and I would need to tow it somewhere else. Due to a snowstorm, I was unable to arrange a tow for a couple of days. When I got back to the service station, My window was down (it was up when The van was dropped off) ice and snow was crusted on the interior. The manager was rude and unapologetic. She said the battery was dead and the window could not be put up. I was not told the window was down and that it was going to be left outsid! From the front desk to the technicians, the service at Mr. Tire was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain things clearly without any pressure. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, and the techs did great work and treated my car with care. Honest, fast, and dependable service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

where do i start… my 225/45r19 yokohama advanced sport tires are top tier yo handling crazy; the quality of people working here is exceptional, got my car stuck in the snow by the shop and everyone helped me get it out lol oksanna even sat on the hood of my car ❄️ everyone working here is very professional and understanding, kaylin and kahla were really thoughtful and helpful with scheduling considering i work third shift! everyone here is fr an angel yo give them your business if you’re looking for nice tires, these roads in cleveland are badd out here definitely get the road hazard coverage

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a tire company. They put in new tires. I rotated my tires when recommended - the tires were a good brand of cooper endeavor and we paid a lot for them and they didn't last even 12,000 miles and only 10 months and Mr. Tire didn't stand behind the warranty or the tires. They were impossible to deal with and I had a 9 am appointment and they didn't even get to my car until 1:30 pm to tell me they won't cover anything!!!!! I spoke with friends who had similar experiences - they lie and don’t stand behind their work. I went to Costco and said the work they did was subpar - I would never recommend them!
