Marshall Motors is a great business—better than most, if not all, car shops in town. I took my car to three different spots for the same issue: a leaking tire. Each time, my tire went flat again. I was advised to buy new tires, which I did, only for the problem to continue. I finally took my car to Marshall Motors, and the difference was immediate. Alex took about 30 minutes to find the leak, something he explained many shops either don’t pay attention to or don’t take the time to properly fix. He fixed the issue and clearly explained what was wrong. Alex genuinely cares about the quality of his work and is committed to excellent customer service, which really shows. Alexander is Amazing! I’ve been having a lot of issues with my car for a while. However, a friend recommended him, and it turned out to be great. He worked on my wheel bearing in one of my tires and also replaced my PSI oil sensor plus oil changed! To top it off, he did all this at an incredibly reasonable price. But that’s not all. When my car battery gave up on me while I was trying to get it out of the snow, he came to my rescue. He quickly replaced the battery and installed it in less than an hour. Not only did he help me with my car, but he also helped me get it out of the snow. Honestly, he’s a lifesaver! I highly recommend him because of his exceptional work ethic and his incredibly affordable prices.

Had my rear suspension work done and the experience was great from start to finish. Super convenient mobile service, solid workmanship, and very fair pricing.
