I am so thankful for O’Reilly Auto Parts in Mayfield Heights. They were so helpful with helping me get the right wipers for my vehicle and also put them on for me. The manager Dre was outstanding. Great customer service friendly and accommodating. Will definitely shop here again.

I came in as a nervous wreck, wondering why my car wouldn't start. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Dre, who patiently walked me through diagnosing the issue, aided me in picking out a new battery, and even took the time to install it for me, right then and there. The respectfulness, patience, and above all else kindness on display by this young man was something that turned me into a customer for life. The world needs more people like Dre in it!

Went in there for a check engine lights. The girl was pretty rude didn’t know much and didn’t really help laid the paper on the table and walked away. Didn’t even explain it.
