Costco Tire Service Center

Scheduled an 11:30am appointment weeks in advance for a predetermined tire rotation and balance on tires I previously purchased from this same center. 2 hours later, I received my car. The staff is friendly, but it seems there are not enough employees, they are adding too many appointments and not realistically allotting appropriate time estimates, or something else at play. Management needs more staff, less appointments, or... I don't know. In any case, I will always recommend the tire purchases here, but the scheduled rotations take an absurd amount of time.

I came here the week before Thanksgiving for a tire repair as my driver side had a flat. They removed the nail, patched the hole and an hour later my car had a low pressure message. Thank God for portable air compressors, but I made an appointment and brought it back Thanksgiving Eve. My husband and I explained that maybe they used the wrong size of patch if they could go back in and look at it, they pulled a new nail from the back side tire and patched it which is great, but that was not the tire that was deflating. I understand it was the night before Thanksgiving and people want to go home, but not listening to us and I STILL HAVE A FLAT TIRE🙃. Pretty ridiculous I’ll be taking it somewhere else where they seem to actually care.

I've been to several Costcos for tire rotations. This one must not be well managed or is improperly staffed. I had an 11:45 appointment and they actually started working on my vehicle at around 1:15. Yikes. At the other stores I've been to I usually drop off the vehicle and go shopping. Before I finish shopping they're usually done! On top of that, they weren't at all communicative about the situation. Overall, an experience that doesn't meet up to my expectations of Costco.

lol at the guy who can’t buy his gf a lug nut and put it on himself. This place always has great service but they can be busy so be sure to make an appt. Avoid lunch time and the weekends

I would recommend anyone having tire problems to go to Costco tire service for assistance. The guys there are really helpful (Sean was amazing) and they really go out of their way to help with tire repairs. I had a very stressful time before I went to Costco tire service with my Subaru, lord I felt blessed and so relieved after I left. As all the guys came and provided me with all the assistance I needed and even help me unpack my car. They are the best. Highly recommend them.
