Costco Tire Service Center

My daughter blew a tire on the way home to LI. Jayden at the tire center couldn't help us as he didn't have the size tire in stock. He gave us some local places to check as it was an emergency and getting dark out. A life saver. Great customer service. Thank you!

Love Costco but the tire center is no good - I got 2 sets of tires and while one was adequate the other car had a leak within a couple days because they didn't seal it right. Rant Begin: Now I need a replacement tire for a flat (not their fault) and they've promised 3 different dates to get the tire in while I ride on a donut. I finally went with Town Fair instead because each time I've tried to cancel my order an associate couldn't cancel without the manager and the manager has been out on lunch 2 different times I've called so I get to go down in person just to cancel an order that was made over a week ago and the manager won't call me back. Rant Done.

I had a really great experience. I ordered tires online and called to see if they were able to fit me in last minute since my previous tires had a bubble and they squeezed me in very last minute. I was in and out in 45 minutes, I I am very used to tires taking hours, so this was great. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend getting tires from Costco and having them installed here.

My car was towed here after a flat. Costco honored their tire warranty from my original purchase and quickly ordered a replacement. Very happy with their work and prompt service

Had four tires replaced in July 2024. After dropping my car off, I received a call advising that one lug nut was cross threaded (front driver wheel) and that they would need to break the stud to get the wheel off. I gave them the go-ahead, and the job was done in about an hour. When I went out to my car, I was surprised to find that I now had two broken studs (front driver and rear driver wheel). I was not warned there was an issue with a second lug nut, nor was there any note in the printed invoice they left in my car. My car had been last serviced at a dealer, so I'm suspicious that multiple lug nuts were cross threaded. Ultimately, I already had plans to replace the car's brakes myself, so I just took care of the studs while I was at it. That said, I'm not sure the extra work was worth
