Found a beauty of a 2021 Challenger R/T there online. Love the color and the 6 speed. The car is gorgeous and more fun to drive than I'd like to admit. Caiden was helpful, friendly and patient with me. Bought it on a Saturday, but couldn't get it home myself, so they arranged for someone to get me from home to the dealership. I live an hour away and it was well worth it. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great new ride. Utterly professional service, beautiful vehicles.

Kudos to Caiden Brown and the folks at Country Auto.. after spending months looking far and wide for my "Holy Grail" of cars (the S550 Mustang Mach 1 ) . Country Auto had the exact one I wanted - Very low miles -optioned the way I wanted. From the first moment Caiden picked up the phone to the delivery of the car some 5 weeks later Caiden was there for me every step of the way . From random photos requests to a 3rd part inspection of the vehicle ,Caiden always picked up my calls immediately. As well as answering any questions or requests immediately regardless if it was after hours. His positive approach and attitude was on the level of a concierge service as opposed to a typical car salesman. I purchased a truck from Country Auto in December of 2022… during the paper work process for my purchase we got to the warranty options. Alex offered me the wheel warranty and paint/dent warranty. During the discussion Alex told me that if I never use those two warranties they are fully refundable if no claims were used. I had never heard of that option of getting money back from an unclaimed warranty. I confirmed with Alex several times by asking “if I do not use or make a claim for these two warranties I will get my money back?” Alex repeatedly told me yes… so I went with and paid for those warranties. Fast forward several years and the warranties have expired and there has been no sign of a refund. I have reached out and unable to get a hold of Alex who has not returned my calls. Additi
