My son hit a Deer with his ( New to him BMW he only had for 3 weeks) and was towed to Woodhouse Collision Center thinking they would give me a quote But my Insurance totaled the car. My son wanted a few quotes from a few places here in town. I was told that Woodhouse Collision Center would not want anything to do with this his car. So after a couple days my son had the Insurance come and pick up the car. So basically we only had the car their for a holding spot. But Brain was great.
I put four nasty looking scratches to my Ford Escape, after scraping the rear side panel. I stopped in for an estimate. I was given an estimate but Brian thought it might only be cosmetic. It was hot outside but he brought his sander and buffing compound and was able to buff all the scratches off! It looked like brand new. He got my red, 5 star, customer service verbal award for that. He wouldn’t accept any money for it and saved me $3,000. He went beyond what I expected. Would recommend Woodhouse Collision to friends and family. I was very happy as I had bought the Escape in December and having scratches on it took away from the appearance. Thank you Brian, you did a wonderful job
Very nice people, I had hail damage fixed here and was never there for more than 20 minutes from the quote to drop off and pick up. They did an excellent job with repair finished in a week. Had payment errors, but they let me take my vehicle home and pay the next day since I drove all the way to pick vehicle up. Josh was SUPER helpful and took care of all my questions/needs.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a young lady. She took my info and showed me the way to the waiting lounge. While waiting, lots of employees walked through for coffee and snacks. One even asked me if I needed anything. Thought that was very nice. Had enough points for free oil change too. It's a great drive from Omaha to Blair.
Jason Vieux gave outstanding service and great paintwork by his team. I've used them twice now witg a great experience each time!
