I had an excellent experience working with Josh VanBuskirk at the Jeep dealership. He was not pushy at all and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. I worked with multiple other dealerships before this, and Josh was by far the easiest and most straightforward person to deal with. He gave me a very fair price that none of the other dealerships could beat, and there were no games involved. Once we agreed on numbers, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes — no wasting time, no “you need to come in to make a deal” tactics that so many other places try to pull. If you’re looking for a Jeep and want a smooth, honest buying experience, ask for Josh. He treats you fairly and keeps the process simple with zero BS. Highly recommend.

Matt gave me stellar customer service, willing to cut the slimy tactics most other dealers will try to employ. If I could give Woodhouse, especially Harry Hope, 100 stars I would. My mom has purchased 2 Dodge Dakotas from him. I purchased my 2008 Dodge Caliber (I named her Carla!) from him in 2012 with 75K miles on it. She just died on me last Monday with 214,357 miles! I lived in Colorado for 3.5 years; she drove through the mountains with me; took multiple trips back and forth to Iowa to see my friends and family! I had to take a few minutes out of my day to give a shout out to Ryan Greenwood, Service Advisor at Woodhouse Dodge in Blair. First time meeting him and he turned the usual dreaded trip to any service dept extremely pleasant and manageable. Not only did he fix my issues in a timely manner but his positive vibes and energy seemed to be contagious because I left there in a much better mood than I showed up. I have mixed feelings. Their customer service prior to the sale and willingness to negotiate a good deal was stellar. They didn't hesitate to fix some cosmetic things and seened quite friendly. Their customer service after the sale, not so much. We felt rushed out the door, they didn't show us anything on the vehicle, we still have no idea how to access the spare tire and they wouldn't put our plates on for us. That's a first for me. We are older and will have difficulty doing this. Would I return? Possibly, but not sure.
