Hands down BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! These guys were quick, quality, and EXTREMELY FAIR IN PRICE! Even gave me a punch card and gave me the first punch and after it's all punched out I get a free oil change. Will be returning for additional work. Olsen Auto is nothing shy of certified badasses! Also if they make a mistake give them to opportunity to fix it instead of bashing them. Update: I brought my truck back to have more work done, they are literally exhaust surgeons. If you know who Rumpelstiltskin is they are the Rumpelstiltskins of the vehicle world. Taking a bland vehicle (straw) and turning it into something beautiful (gold). If you wanna know what a truck is supposed to sound like head on up to Olsen Auto and let them show you what a V8 is supposed to sound like.

We are very grateful to the folks at Olsen Auto for being able to fix the AC on our Subaru while we were on a cross-country road trip (NY to Utah and back). We stopped by on a Monday morning to ask if they could take a look, and they were able to immediately get us in, determine that the air compressor was toast, install a rebuilt one, and recharge the Freon, all within an hour or two. We are so thankful to them for taking pity on two hot and sweaty travelers on such short notice!

The Olsen's took care of us based on a recommendation of a transmission specialist on some body shop needs. They took care of a last minute request and had everything done in a few hours for way less than I was expecting to pay. I've already recommended them to a few other folks. We will definitely use them again!

This shop took our money and the vehicle is in worse condition now than when it went in. After several attempts to reach the owner no calls have been returned. I'm out over $1,200 for repairs that failed. Very unethical to return a vehicle that does not work properly.

Highly recommend! Tim and his team are amazing! I appreciate the small town hospitality and being respected as a person instead of just a customer like I've experienced elsewhere. Great place with a fun crew that is honest, reliable and affordable. Will definitely return in the future!
