We absolutely trust this place! We’ve purchased a fifth wheel from them that we absolutely love, and recently bought a brand-new 2024 BT Touring Gulf Stream RV. They’re always incredibly supportive and always ready to assist. We eagerly anticipate our visits to Florence, Oregon, and they feel like family to us.

Expert, prompt and friendly service start to finish. Our toilet failed and after self diagnosing the issue we called ahead to see if they carried parts…they did, so we set up an appointment for the next morning. Matt was there ready and waiting for us and quickly ascertained that it would require a full replacement due to other issues with the toilet. They had a replacement in the same brand, on sale no less, and he got it installed in short order. Wonderful service and we are back in business 😜 Thank you for the great service!!!!

Great experience!! My wife and I had our trailer electrical cord fall out of the motor home side and so it started dragging and was destroyed. We called this store asking if they had a replacement and not only did they have it, but they took our order over the phone and set out the part for us to pick up as we would not arrive until after they closed and would be closed the next day (Sunday). This was huge because driving without it put us at risk with our tow car not having brake and turn lights without it. Above and beyond!!

The attitude of one of the ladies that works here is extremely irritating. Twice now I’ve needed parts. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and helped me get the part I needed the first time. However, she was in the background carrying on about someone. It was very unprofessional. Today, I called and tried to explain what I needed before I went into Florence. She did not give me time to do so. I will instead make the trip into Eugene or elsewhere from now on to avoid having to deal with whoever this person is. Update: I called NW RV Supply in Eugene to inquire about the part I am needing. The person I spoke with asked me to take photos and send them in. They said they’d check to see if there’s a comparable part in stock. I didn’t feel like my business was insignificant to them. FWIW, if
