The way this place had me enragggggeddd!! I absolutely hate this place and I wish I would have read through the reviews before dropping my car off at this place. The front desk woman quoted me a week to 2 weeks repair. Promising me 2 weeks tops. She said to me the company never takes longer than that. Here I am over 3 weeks later and the car isn't ready. Then the trunk wont close. They claimed my insurance found a way to avoid covering that. So they brought the car out to me and the trunk still needs to be tied down by bungee cords lol. All this time Ive waited and you bring me out a car that will still need to be some where to sit again for more repairs!!! Was told by a lot of people, this place was the place for repairs. Was I wrong the staff was great but the service. The insurance wanted to total my car because the shop wanted to add to the repairs other defects that weren't associated with the accident. They drove the price up to almost 10k just for a hit on a bumper and a fender. They threw the pars inside the car, dirty with no protection underneath like plastic ir something. Ruining my leather seat with cuts and oil spill all over the floor. When I picked up my car finally, I notice it had orange over spray all over. I confronted the shop was told the would do nothing about it. They threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave because I was trespassing. They are crooks and swindlers this place only cares about squeezing every

Mary was beyond fantastic getting the rental car and going out of her way to help. The other lady was outstanding as well. The work was fast and better after I got it than before I turned car in. Highly recommend it and great people.

My vehicle looks beautiful, and the repair was completed in an amazingly short time. The staff, especially Mary, was so friendly and helpful.

These guys must be making millions of dollars because they act like they don't need any additional work. Wanted a quote on the first day, was told it was too late in the day but they'll take pictures and have it ready for the next morning. Secretary goes outside and takes pictures. Next morning nothing. I wait until the afternoon on Day 2 and I'm told that it's nearly finished and I might get it by the end of day or the next morning for sure. Nothing. Day 3, I call and asked for an update and they can't even find my truck in the system. After repeating myself and informing her of our Day 2 conversation, she locates my truck info and tells me is not even assigned to an estimator. Tells me she will contact a manager and see if it can be assigned. I can only imagine how these people will tr
